How Micro-blaze works

The conditions in which we want microbes to do their job are rarely ideal, be it in contact with low oxygen, acidic or alkaline conditions.  Micro-blaze provides all the conditions to maximise the efficiency of it's microbes over other competitors

Micro-blaze Products

Microbial cleaning of hydro-carbons is a revolution in hydrocarbon and waste control, however, the blend in Micro-blaze means that the job is done to the highest efficiency.  Micro-blaze products are all in liquid form for instant mixing and use contain a combination of surfactants, wetting agents, nutrients and most importantly microbes to get the job done

Liquid form 

By being supplied as a liquid, Micro-blaze can be mixed for instant application.  No preparation time, no manual stirring of powders, it can be automatically dosed for optimal efficiency

Surfactants 

Surfactants help to mix oil and water, allowing greater access for the microbes to the oil or waste.  Other products in powdered form can't even get access into most of the waste and simply pass down the drain

Nutrients

Often the enviornment in which bacteria are applied are not ideal for bacterial growth.  Micro-blaze products provide nutrients so that when the microbes come out of spore state and need to feed, they have all the necessary nutrients to start their job.  This helps to maximise the bacterial population and activity from the very beginning

Spores

Micro-blaze products only supply microbes in spore state.  A microbe spore is extremely resistant to harsh conditions, but once placed into water and given food it will start to come out of spore state and start to multiply rapidly.  Other products simply supply dried bacteria, which have a large mortality rate from the very beginning.

Microbe Selection

Micro-blaze contains microbes selected specifically for their job.  Be it volatile hydrocarbons, cooking oils or fire foam, there are specific microbes for every job.  In each Micro-blaze product the multiple strains of bacteria and the concentration are selected to provide maximum efficiency.  

All microbes used are classified as Class 1 non-pathogenic, non gene manipulated and non-mutateable
